چکیده

Objectives: 1. To find that ASCE can attenuate severe inflammation and promote skin barrier reconstruction in atopic dermatitis model. 2. understand adipose stem cell exosome (ASCE) be a paradigm shift regenerative aesthetics & therapeutics. Introduction: Exosomes, nano-sized extracellular vesicles, are the most important mediator for intercellular communication. For last years, dual function of regeneration anti-inflammation (Adipose Stem Cell Exosome) has been well known from number research. These days, ASCEs being developed as next generation therapeutics well. From our various studies, it shown an innovative biomaterial treatment rejuvenation. Materials / method: Human mesenchymal cell-derived exosomes were applied via SC or ID injection toin vitro models vivo animal models. In addition, one patient was topically with combination iontophoresis. Results: could reduce modulate over-reactive The AD score significantly improved up to 30% dose-dependent manner. Further, major proinflammatory cytokines including IL-4, IL-13, TLSP, others down-regulated by 30-50% promote, 40-70% manner, de novo synthesis ceramides dihydroceramides, key lipid molecules formation, which led significant improvement disruption Conclusion: proved have strong anti-inflammatory efficacy may serve variety inflammatory diseases dermatitis.

Next-Generation Therapeutics for IBD

Various novel drugs have recently been evaluated in clinical trials showing promising effects in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Here, we summarize the recent literature in the area of emerging therapies in the field of IBD, with specific focus on anti-integrin antibodies, such as vedolizumab (anti-α4β7) and etrolizumab (anti-rhuMAb β7), and the Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor tofa...

Adipose-derived stem cells for regenerative medicine.

The emerging field of regenerative medicine will require a reliable source of stem cells in addition to biomaterial scaffolds and cytokine growth factors. Adipose tissue represents an abundant and accessible source of adult stem cells with the ability to differentiate along multiple lineage pathways. The isolation, characterization, and preclinical and clinical application of adipose-derived st...

Next generation therapeutics for Alzheimer's disease

To date, no truly effective therapy has been developed for Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment. In searching for new approaches that may succeed where previous ones have failed, it may be instructive to consider the successful therapeutic developments for other chronic illnesses such as cancer and human immunodeficiency virus.

Human adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells alleviate atopic dermatitis via regulation of B lymphocyte maturation

Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) has been applied for the therapy of allergic disorders due to its beneficial immunomodulatory abilities. However, the underlying mechanisms for therapeutic efficacy are reported to be diverse according to the source of cell isolation or the route of administration. We sought to investigate the safety and the efficacy of human adipose tissue-derived MSCs (hAT-MSCs) in...

isolation, cultivation, characterization and expansion of human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell for use in regenerative medicine

introduction: stromal cells having preadipocyte characteristics can be isolated from adipose tissue, propagated in vitro and induced to differentiate in vitro toward the osteogenic, adipogenic, myogenic and chondrogenic lineages when treated with established lineage-specific factors. in this research we isolated stromal cells from human adipose tissue and cultured and expanded and examined thei...
